| TERMS OF SERVICEPlease read the Terms of Service below. By placing any order with me, you agree to these terms. Last updated: December 15, 2024.↳ I. GENERAL TERMSI reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing an explanation. I may decline a request if the project and/or character is something I am not confident delivering well. Please check what I do and don't do below.I do not accept commissions containing hardcore +18 content or offensive themes.
I do not create Furries, Mechas, or Realism.
Copying other artists' work is not allowed.
I will not accept requests that lack sufficient references or information.All commissions will be created in my artistic style (I will not replicate existing artwork, but I can use them as references).
You can request a WIP (Work in Progress) at any time; however, I will only respond during my business hours.↳ II. DEADLINESYour order may take between 2 weeks and 1 month to complete, depending on its complexity and your position in the queue. The delivery time starts after payment is received.Please avoid excessive follow-ups about progress, as this can disrupt the creative process and may lead to the cancellation of your project.↳ III. ADDITIONAL FEESRush Fee - 50% of the order value
Confidentiality Fee - 50% of the order value
Commercial Use - 50% to 100% of the order value
↳ IV. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS:The commission will only be official and started after upfront payment.
You can choose to pay the full amount or a 50% DEPOSIT before the commission begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the files.
Accepted currencies: USD and BRL.
Payment methods: PayPal Or Ko-Fi.
I do not issue refunds, except in cases where I delay the commission by more than 2 months without progress. Therefore, please be sure before placing an order with me.
As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time in case of conflicts with the client.
In the event of a refund, you will lose ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork at any stage of progress.↳ V. REQUESTS AND REVISIONS:You may change references if I have not yet started your commission. Please ask first to confirm!
I will provide WIP (Work in Progress) screenshots throughout the process. You are limited to 3 revisions during the sketch phase and 1 revision for small adjustments during the finalization phase (including colors, missing details, etc.).
Any additional edits will incur extra fees added to the overall cost.
Major changes during the finalization phase that affect the overall composition of the artwork are not permitted.
↳ VI. COPYRIGHT:You are not allowed to alter the artwork without my consent.When you order art from me, I retain all copyrights to the artwork. Each commission is intended for non-commercial use on social media platforms. If you plan to resell the artwork on merchandise, additional fees for redistribution rights will apply.
